Scotty Bryant is new to No Mercy CrossFit and we couldn't be happier to welcome the patriarch of the Bryant Clan to the NMCF Family. Scotty's three children, Kyle, Taylor, and Hunter, also attend classes regularly and it is awesome to see the family grinding out wods on a regular basis.
Scott Bryant is married to Holly's sister Cinnamon and has been ultra critical of the CrossFit Community. Scotty has always been a regular in the weight room but was reluctant to give it a try. Almost a year to the day that we opened Scotty finally sucked up his pride and popped into a Saturday class. I think he was hooked after 5 minutes. He has not missed a day I don't think since then. It is always refreshing when we can convert a globo gym rat to our fitness lifestyle, and even more rewarding when that person happens to be my brother in law. He has honestly been a breath of fresh air in training. He soaks up training advice like a sponge. Always wants to train even on Sunday, and you can sense that Scotty is a coach at heart. Always encouraging to everyone around him even while gasping for air and that can't be taught. Numerous times I have been training side by side with Scotty and when I'm tired he encourages me to pick up the pace and that is something special in a beginner. I have no doubt that Scotty is going to be a hell of a cross fitter.
I asked Scotty a few question so that you could learn more about him.
