Crossfit is a huge part of my life. I absolutely love coming in and passin out hugs to the NMCF family, not only do I love the sport I love the community. The
way I got started in crossfit was my uncle Brody and aunt talon hawky(: they
kept bringing it up over and over saying nothing but positive words. I remember
trying to wrestle them and they kept saying I'm to sore! I had no idea what they
really were talking about until I finally went to see what it was all about.
After that first day....... I knew exactly what they were talking about. I look
up to them not only as crossfiters but as people, they are amazing people inside
and out side the gym.
Why NMCF?
Well I wish I had a better story about why I joined No Mercy Crossfit but really
I joined because I love being fit and Brody and Angie go. But along the way I
met amazing people like uncle chise, uncle pj, uncle arte, aunt sunnie and aunt
Lu Lu. They make it fun to be there, and that's why I think I go back every
single day of the week, to see my family. I never really been to any other
crossfit gym until I went to Cleveland for my dads open heart surgery. I joined
a gym up there for just a few days to stay in the grove. I never knew how much
Joe and holly spoiled us... I have only been crossfiting for 7 months and within
that 7 months I learned not only is crossfit intense workouts, it being with the
people you love. Crossfit builds families. To me the NMCF box is a giant jungle
gym I love hanging on the bar and rings just having a blast and making people
laugh. No Mercy is the place to be folks, you will not get it better any where
else.
